A data and insight driven marketing who is passionate about how consumers engage, interact, and experience brands. Nick has worked for market leading organisations (both client and agency side) and consistently demonstrated that customer led thinking leads to both business and customer benefit. Nick is Head of Insight at Samsung Europe with a focus on Consumer Data Driven Marketing Insight. In Samsung, Nick is focussed on creating an analytics vision and roadmap which centres on a customer centred framework to improve return on investment. Prior to this, Nick set up and ran a Marketing Effectiveness function at O2 whose work, amongst other things, helped deliver a 25% uplift in marketing return on investment.
