Mike Follett is CEO of Lumen Research, an attention technology provider that uses eye tracking to price media inventory and optimise creative design. Mike started his career in advertising in 2000, working as a strategist at DDB London, Tribal DDB New York and as head of strategy for DDB India in Mumbai, where he helped launch the Volkswagen brand into India. He returned home in 2011 to head up the planning function for Tesco's ad agency in the UK. He started Lumen Research in 2013, and it has quickly grown to be a leading attention technology company, working for brands as diverse at BT, British Gas, Tesco, Papa Johns and the NSPCC, and publishers such as Time Inc., News UK and Trinity Mirror. Mike holds degrees from Oxford University and Imperial College, London.
